Six Questions for Leading Achievers – Video 2

The first two of the six questions are explored in depth. You’ll learn the trust equation – this is absolutely central to your relationship with others as a leader. You’ll find out exactly what the three factors are that builds trust and what is the single factor that lessens or even destroys it. Again you’ll be encouraged to interact and engage with the exercises not just watch the video as a spectator.  As a leader could you explain why people should choose to trust you and “buy in” to your vision or plans?
