This Leading People Through Change and Transition box set is a fully online course for leaders who are leading change or working to manage and understand the stages of change and transition and establish a cohesive approach to deal with and respond to any issues arising. The course is fully accessible on mobile devices and computers.
Leading change or leading people through the process of change: discover how to map where people are at any point a change process, how to identify when they move from one place on the change map to another. Understand and support the behaviours in the different stages of the transition. Identify what causes pain or is a hot spot for each individual and how you can help them be more productive in this process.

Some people enjoy the process of change, they thrive on it, for others it is scary and painful, not knowing what the future holds is not a nice place to go. Understanding what is happening and will enable you to provide better support to each person.

- A worksheet for you to use to apply to your own situation (PDF and printable)
