Clive Hook: Leadership Training

Clive Hook

As co-founder of ClearWorth, my interest in leadership, teams and groups has spurred the development of a new approach in the design, development and delivery of bespoke learning, coaching, workshops and courses. I’m based in the UK and France and work all over the world from Ohio to Oman, Windsor to Warri Chatham to Chengdu, Helsinki to Hydrabad and Calgary to Kuala Lumpur. I specialise in the development of persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills and I have a particular interest in their use within differing cultures.

What's with Cup?

There are many other things I love to do in life, the only limitation I see is time. I'm a classically trained baritone and I enjoy the challenge of competitions. I sing at weddings and funerals. I offer wine tasting events in Gloucestershire and I'm currently studying for my diploma in wine

Chloe Cox

I’m a founding director of ClearWorth – and our new Leading Achievers’ Club. ClearWorth has designed, delivered, and developed training for the last 25 years. 10 years ago we pioneered a blended learning programme with one of our clients, introducing one of the first online learning environments dedicated to a leadership programme. We’ve been working on an exciting new initiative, the Leading Achievers’ Club – for teams, managers and leaders. This initiative came from our question – is it possible to provide the quality of training we have been doing in the training room in a much more blended way to meet the business demands.

What's with the Osprey and the Bike?

They reflect two of my other interests, mountain biking and photography. Gloucestershire is great for biking, lots of bridleways and single track through woodland but the mountains are best. Last year I did a 6 day Coast to Coast in Scotland, it was tough but I loved it - that's a level 2 fun, it's fabulous in hindsight.

The Osprey was in Florida. I love to photograph moving things in the landscape. It's a huge challenge to get a good quality shot. This one was taken early morning - I was impressed it got 2 in one go.
