The ClearWorth Executive programme offers individualised development to senior executives. We design a bespoke programme for each individual whilst at the same time creating a shared learning opportunity so the participants can benefit from their colleagues knowledge and experience. The bespoke element includes one-to-one coaching and from this comes specialised needs which are addressed with the coach or using one of our specialist experts. For example if needing to address the media is a new requirement for your manager or organisation, we will bring in media expert Alan Stevens (www.themediacoach.co.uk) and his camera and sound engineer and run a small workshop. This workshop could be one-on-one or if others in the group are interested we open it to all. See Resources to read about our expert associates.
Working with a group of six, each person receives:
- Six personalised coaching sessions,
- A training budget which can been spent on specialised workshops or combined with others’ budget for shared workshops
- Membership of a facilitated self-managed learning group, sharing work dilemmas and issues and challenging and supporting each other
