Each ClearWorth coach brings their own unique style to the sessions but we all share a passion for learning, we are all qualified in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) assessment along with a number of other tools. We are all working with emerging principles from Neuroscience about how the brain works and how our increased understanding of this can help us develop new habits, and manage ourselves at work in a way that increases our wellbeing.

Our executive coaches bring wisdom to the workplace but do not expect to act as teachers or mentors. Their job is to create the environment and context within which the executive can develop his or her own thinking and explore options and avenues of thought. Coaching should have a short and direct route from thinking to application with feedback and evaluation mechanisms or loops to build the confidence and competence.
